How to measure at home
- Wrap a strip of paper or string snugly around the base of your finger.
- Mark where it overlaps, then lay it flat and measure the length in millimetres (mm) — this is your finger's circumference.
- Match that number to the chart below. If you're between sizes, size up.
Tip: measure at the end of the day when fingers are slightly larger, and avoid measuring when cold.
